Prepare your brussel sprouts by cutting off the stems and splitting in half; add to a glass baking dish or pie plate. Chop the apples and add them in with the brussel sprouts. Pour in the chickpeas.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the brussel sprouts, apples, and chickpeas and mix until everything is coated.
Bake the mixture at 400°F for about 20 minutes to allow the brussel sprouts and apples to cook through. Take the baking dish out of the oven and stir the mixture; change the oven setting to 400°F on roast and cook for another 20 minutes, or until the top layer has become crispy.
