Mix together your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure everything is evenly distributed and any clumps of almond flour have been broken up.
Add in the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. This should be a thick, cookie dough-like texture. Pour in the pomegranate seeds and fold into the mixture.
Take about a 1 tbsp spoonful of the mixture in your hands and roll into a ball. Place in an airtight container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
