Orange Citrus Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • juice from ½ orange
  • zest from ½ orange
  • ½ tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond milk or milk of your choice

Instructions

  • Zest your orange and slice into quarters.
  • In an oven safe bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. Top with a slice of orange (optional).
  • Bake at 350°F in an oven or toaster oven for about 17-20 minutes. Alternatively, you could microwave the baked oats for about 3 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool and enjoy!
