This Winter Salad is full of flavors such as goat cheese and pomegranate to combine for a delicious meal or side salad! It can be easily customized with the ingredients you have on hand and based on your liking.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz of lettuce
  • 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup goat cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Add your greens to a large bowl and drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Toss the salad so that all the greens get coated in the dressing.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients: diced onions, goat cheese crumbles, chopped walnuts, and pomegranates. Toss to combine and evenly distribute everything.
  • Serve and enjoy!
